• Arrive 10 minutes prior to departure. Additional time cannot be provided free of charge.
• No reserved parking; RTA/PAID parking available nearby.
• Outside shoes or sandals are prohibited on yachts; disposable slippers or socks are recommended.
• Carry 1 original photo ID as it is required for boarding.

YED Cancellation Policies

• 50% of the advance paid will be charged for cancellations prior to 72 hours of the event.
• Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show; full payment is required.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 week in advance without additional charges.
• Rescheduling within 72 hours of the event is chargeable.
• No refunds after the booking is completed.
• Refunds or yacht changes are possible in case of technical mishaps.
• Rescheduling (subject to availability) is allowed if there is no sailing permit due to weather conditions.
