Occasionally, unexpected costs—called incidentals—can occur during your trip, such as minor damages or cleaning fees. To cover these, we include a security allowance in some offers.
How it works:
The security allowance isn’t charged upfront and acts only as a safety measure. If the owner submits a valid claim within 48 hours after your trip, we may charge your credit card. You’ll be notified if this happens, and any disputes should first be discussed with the owner before Boatify Rentals steps in to resolve the issue.
