Each boat owner has their own cancellation policy. If a customer cancels outside of the cancellation window, they may receive a refund minus the service fee. However, if canceled within the owner’s policy window, refunds are at the discretion of the boat owner.
If the owner cancels, you’ll receive a full refund, including our service fees.
